These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and y999cc. y999cc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Minimum Age. The y999cc platform is strictly for users aged 18 years or above. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. y999cc reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using y999cc is lawful in your jurisdiction. y999cc makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in all locations. Pakistani users must satisfy themselves that their participation in online gaming complies with applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan and in the specific region in which they are located.
2.3 Single Account. Each user may hold only one active y999cc account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
2.4 Own Account. You must use only your own y999cc account and may not allow any other person to use, access, or place bets through your account. y999cc accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering a y999cc account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC). y999cc may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("KYC") at any time, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a copy of a valid government-issued identification document and proof of address. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for keeping your y999cc login credentials confidential. You must notify y999cc immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. y999cc will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Account Closure. y999cc reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or regulatory requirements. y999cc will notify the account holder of any closure except where doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. y999cc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed on the deposit page within your y999cc account.
4.3 Currency. All y999cc account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Deposits made in foreign currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. y999cc reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may take up to 72 hours to process, though standard requests are typically settled faster. Withdrawals will not be processed for funds that are subject to active wagering requirements.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. y999cc strictly prohibits deposits from, or withdrawals to, third-party accounts. All payment instruments used on y999cc must be registered in the name of the account holder. Discovery of third-party payment activity may result in immediate account suspension and fund forfeiture.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. y999cc complies with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. Unusual transaction patterns may be reported to relevant authorities as required by law. y999cc reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or financial crime.
5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the y999cc platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are accessible within each game or market on the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. y999cc reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where a bet is placed after the relevant event has started (in circumstances where in-play betting is not available), where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price, or where y999cc suspects the integrity of the relevant event or market.
5.3 Void Bets. y999cc reserves the right to declare a bet void in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, cancellation or abandonment of an event without a result being determined, or technical failures affecting bet processing.
5.4 Casino Game Outcomes. All virtual casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical game elements in a controlled studio environment. y999cc does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.5 Responsible Betting. y999cc encourages all players to bet within their means. Chasing losses by increasing bet stakes is not a recommended strategy and carries significant financial risk. Users may set loss limits and wager limits through the responsible gaming section of their account at any time.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by y999cc are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of offer. These terms include wagering requirements (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted), time limits, minimum odds, and game restrictions. Where bonus-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that bonus.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your y999cc account may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. y999cc reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: opening multiple accounts to claim promotional offers more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-risk wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements, and any other activity y999cc reasonably determines to be an abuse of its promotional system. y999cc reserves the right to confiscate all bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
6.4 Modification of Offers. y999cc reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Users who have already accepted a promotion prior to any modification will not be prejudiced with respect to the original accepted terms of that promotion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y999cc platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:
8.1 Commitment. y999cc is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we provide tools to help users maintain control of their activity.
8.2 Available Tools. 10.1 y999cc provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y999cc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 y999cc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, interruption of service, or any other event beyond y999cc's reasonable control.
10.3 y999cc's total aggregate liability to any user arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The collection, use, and storage of personal data by y999cc is governed by the y999cc Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the y999cc platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
y999cc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, y999cc will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or on-platform notification. Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notification. Continued use of the y999cc platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by y999cc's operating jurisdiction.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and y999cc, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting y999cc customer support. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body selected by y999cc.
13.3 Disputes regarding the outcome of individual bets or casino games must be raised with y999cc customer support within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. y999cc will not consider complaints raised outside this period.
